Wednesday evening at St. John the Divine is family time. It incorporates elements of fellowship, worship and study in what is a time honored tradition for the Orthodox Christians.
We always begin with a community meal which is shared by all. This begins at 6:00 pm and at 6:30 pm we begin our program of study in our chapel. We provide programs for all age groups and try to have a balanced mix of scripture, patristics, and
Holy Traditions. During Great Lent, we begin with Presanctified Divine Liturgy at 5:15 pm.
